Operator and agreement

Orillon is provided by Czumin Wojciech Szumiński, a sole proprietorship operated by Wojciech Szumiński, Grójecka 71/73 m. 44, 02-094 Warsaw, Poland, NIP 7011315886, REGON 544862631, registered in CEIDG.

By downloading, accessing, using, or purchasing access to Orillon, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Orillon is offered through the United States App Store only in this release.

Age and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a contract, and permitted to use Orillon under the laws that apply to you. You may use the service only for yourself and for lawful personal training.

What Orillon is

Orillon provides observation, memory, people-reading, social-awareness, and situational-awareness exercises through field missions and home drills. Results are training feedback, not an objective statement about your abilities or another person.

Orillon is not medical, mental-health, legal, law-enforcement, security, emergency, employment, or professional certification advice. It does not replace qualified professional judgment. Do not use it during an emergency or as a reason to ignore your surroundings, local rules, or direct safety instructions.

Field safety and respect for others

Every mission is optional. Stop or skip any activity that is unsafe or unwelcome.

You must not use Orillon to:

• follow, stalk, surveil, harass, threaten, confront, or target another person;
• record, photograph, identify, or publish information about people without a lawful basis and appropriate consent;
• trespass, enter restricted areas, bypass security, collect credentials, or access systems or property without authorization;
• deceive, impersonate, coerce, exploit, manipulate, or pressure another person;
• carry weapons, enter dangerous locations, obstruct traffic, or use the app while driving or moving where attention is required;
• collect sensitive personal information or use observations for discrimination, retaliation, or harm; or
• break any law, posted rule, workplace policy, or reasonable request to stop.

Prefer passive observation in ordinary public settings, keep a respectful distance, avoid names and identifying details, and remain stationary when interacting with the screen. Your safety and the privacy, dignity, consent, and property of others take priority over completing a mission.

Account and access

Orillon creates a pseudonymous service account and may let you link it using Sign in with Apple. Keep your device and Apple account secure. Do not share, sell, transfer, or misuse access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Contact Support if you suspect unauthorized access.

Access and progress may require a compatible device, internet connection, current app version, and server confirmation. A client screen, receipt, or device clock does not by itself create a subscription entitlement.

Subscription, trial, renewal, and founding offer

Paid access is a monthly auto-renewing subscription processed by Apple. The launch United States offer is USD $5.99 per month for the first 500 users assigned to the founding cohort and USD $7.99 per month at the standard rate. An eligible Apple ID may receive a seven-day free trial. Apple determines trial eligibility and the exact price, currency, tax, and offer shown at checkout. The Apple confirmation screen controls if it differs from descriptive copy in Orillon or on this site.

Payment is charged to your Apple account after confirmation or when an eligible trial ends. The subscription renews monthly unless canceled through Apple before the renewal is processed. Apple controls renewal timing and billing. Founding status is assigned by Orillon's server to the first 500 completed conversions; it cannot be selected on the device. For a user who validly enters the founding cohort, Orillon will keep the developer-set base price of the founding product at USD $5.99 per month while that founding subscription remains continuously active. Apple controls the displayed localized price, taxes, billing, and any notices it requires. If the subscription is canceled or lapses, access ends and return to the founding product is not guaranteed.

Manage, cancel, restore, or request a refund

• Manage or cancel at Apple Subscriptions.
• Use Restore purchases in Orillon to request verification of an existing subscription.
• Request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Cancellation normally takes effect after the current paid period, subject to Apple's rules. Deleting Orillon, deleting your Orillon account, or losing service access does not cancel Apple billing. Cancel separately through Apple. Orillon cannot issue an Apple refund directly.

License and intellectual property

Subject to these Terms, your valid entitlement, and the Apple Standard EULA, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Orillon on Apple-branded products you own or control as permitted by Apple. The app, missions, drills, designs, characters, scoring, software, and trademarks remain the property of Orillon or its licensors.

You may not copy, sell, sublicense, scrape, reverse engineer except where law does not allow that restriction, defeat technical controls, interfere with the service, or use Orillon content to build a competing dataset or product. If you send feedback, you let us use it without payment or confidentiality obligation, but you retain ownership of your own original material.

Service operation and changes

We may maintain, update, fix, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to protect users, comply with law, control abuse, or improve Orillon. Release flags may delay or disable a feature, and an obsolete build may require an App Store update. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular mission schedule, or that every device or network will remain compatible.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Orillon at any time and may delete your account in Config. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, fraud, threats to users or systems, or where continued operation is no longer reasonably possible. Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to contact Support. Provisions that by nature should survive, including payment, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute terms, remain effective.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains data handling, export, deletion, analytics, diagnostics, and privacy rights. Local notifications use fixed privacy-safe copy and can be changed in iOS Settings. Support messages are not public, but do not include passwords, full payment-card details, or sensitive information about other people.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orillon is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee that training will produce a particular skill, outcome, income, safety result, social response, or professional benefit. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orillon and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, opportunity, or expected benefit arising from use or inability to use the service. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid for Orillon in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or another liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they apply only to the extent lawful for you.

Apple terms

Apple is not responsible for providing Orillon, maintenance, support, or service claims except as required by law or Apple's own terms. If Orillon fails an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, as provided by the Standard EULA. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the Standard EULA and the app-license provisions of these Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes. Before filing a claim, we invite you to contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to contact a regulator, consumer authority, or court.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms for product, safety, provider, legal, or territory changes. We will post the new version and effective date and provide additional notice where required. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
