Contact

Primary support email: wojciechszuminski0@gmail.com

Operator: Czumin Wojciech Szumiński, Grójecka 71/73 m. 44, 02-094 Warsaw, Poland. NIP 7011315886 · REGON 544862631 · CEIDG. Phone: +48 660 344 552. Email is the primary route for technical support because it preserves the issue details.

02

For app issues, feedback, and feature requests

Include only what is needed to reproduce the problem:

  • your Orillon app version and build number;
  • iPhone model and iOS version;
  • the screen, mission, or drill where the issue occurred;
  • what you expected, what happened, and the steps immediately before it; and
  • a screenshot if it does not reveal sensitive information.

Do not send passwords, authentication codes, full payment-card details, Apple receipts unless requested through a secure process, dangerous field notes, or sensitive information about another person.

03

Purchase and subscription help

  • Restore: open Orillon and use Restore purchases on the paywall or in Config → Subscription. Access returns only after the server verifies the Apple transaction.
  • Manage or cancel: use Config → Subscription → Manage subscription or visit Apple Subscriptions.
  • Refund: Apple controls App Store refunds. Submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Deleting the app or your Orillon account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it separately through Apple to stop future renewal.

04

Account, export, and deletion

  • Export: open Config → Account → Export my data.
  • Delete: open Config → Account → Delete account.
  • Sign in with Apple or private relay issue: include the error text and whether you previously linked an Apple account, but never send your Apple password or code.

The Privacy Policy explains what deletion removes and which limited integrity, purchase, security, or legal records may remain. If the in-app deletion flow fails or you need a broader review, email us with the subject “Account deletion.”

05

Privacy requests

Open Config → Privacy to enable or disable Product analytics and Crash diagnostics independently. Both choices are off until you enable them, and the core service remains available when either is off. Essential release-safety checks continue without product-event capture.

For access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal, or questions about providers, email wojciechszuminski0@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request.” We may need to verify your identity or an authorized agent before disclosing or changing account data.

06

Safety and abuse reports

Stop any mission that feels unsafe or unwelcome. For a non-emergency safety concern, abusive use, or content report, email with the subject “Safety report” and describe the relevant mission or screen without naming uninvolved people. For immediate risk, contact local emergency services first.
